By accessing or using Subha Vedika, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Subha Vedika offers tools to create, publish, and share digital invitations and related features (such as RSVP collection) for personal and family events. We may add, change, or discontinue features as we develop the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where required. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as invitation text and event details). You grant us a licence to host, process, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service—for example, showing your invite to guests you share the link with.

You confirm you have the rights to any names, images, or text you upload, and that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Guests who access public invitation pages interact with us only as needed to display the invite and submit an RSVP. Hosts are responsible for how they collect and use guest information in line with this policy and local expectations.

The service is provided “as is” during early launch. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Invitation delivery depends on channels outside our control (for example messaging apps and email).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited as described in a future commercial version of these terms or as required by law.
